Fixed hours
Standard hours for one employee or a whole department, with their history: a change never rewrites past months.
Shifts and working hours
A shift plan is only useful when compared with what actually happened. Linked to the punches, it brings out lateness, absences and time beyond the shift.
Your hours
Standard hours for one employee or a whole department, with their history: a change never rewrites past months.
Morning, afternoon, night: each day of each employee carries its own shift.
A shift starting in the evening and ending the next day, counted on the right day.
Ramadan hours and public holidays, with no manual calculation.
Building a plan
Rotations are prepared week by week from the standard shifts, or loaded in one go from Excel.
Planned vs actual
Measured against the shift planned that day, not a single theoretical schedule.
Hours beyond the plan, spotted day by day.
An employee on leave that day gets no shift; leave added afterwards takes its place.
Everyone sees their plan in their space: shifts, leave, absences and rest days, each in its own colour.
Legal framework
The Labour Code provides for a weekly rest of at least 24 consecutive hours (article 205) and defines night work as work done between 9 pm and 6 am in non-agricultural activities (article 172). Shift planning helps you respect these rules, team by team.
