Payroll preparation

The foundation of your payroll, prepared from the punches

EASY-STAFF is not payroll software: it feeds it. Punches, lateness, leave, absences and shifts are tracked all month; at closing, that already-checked data gives, for each employee, the hours and days your payroll software or accounting firm simply takes over.

Payroll preparation: normal hours and overtime by rate, per employee (French interface)

The activity statement

What payroll preparation contains

One line per employee, a day-by-day breakdown for the period
ItemWhat you get
AttendanceTime on site retained, day by day
Normal hoursThe normal part of each day
OvertimeSplit by premium rate: 25%, 50% or 100%
Leave and absencesLeave and absence days for the period
LatenessThe month's lateness summary
DaysFull day, half day or day not worked

These are the variable items your payroll team expects every month, with no re-entry and no file to rebuild.

By department

Totals that add up

  • Statement by department: the same figures grouped, with the per-employee breakdown
  • Closed period: a statement frozen for the month, which no longer moves once sent
  • Excel and PDF exports, per employee or for the whole workforce, and a one-line summary per employee
  • Every day can be justified: how it was calculated is shown in plain terms

For companies using Personio, an export of punches is available on configuration.

Statement by department: attendance, normal hours and overtime of each department (French interface)

After payroll

Payslips, distributed online

Once payroll has been run by your software or accounting firm, HR uploads the payslips to EASY-STAFF. Each employee finds theirs, month by month, in their self-service space: less paper to print and hand out.

Frequently asked questions

Does EASY-STAFF calculate salaries?

Not yet: today it stops at the hours and days for the period, and salaries are calculated by your payroll software or accounting firm. A payroll module is in development and coming soon.

How is overtime split?

By premium rate (25, 50 or 100%), under the Labour Code and your company rules. See the overtime premiums.

Can a month be frozen once sent?

Yes: a closed period no longer moves, even if a punch is corrected later.

In which format do we get the data?

Excel or PDF, per employee, per department or for the whole workforce.
