Frequently asked questions
Are 12-hour duties supported?
Yes: the shift is defined with its hours, and a duty ending the next day counts towards the day it starts.
Can admin staff keep fixed hours?
Yes. Each employee or department has its reference schedule; rotations only apply to those who work them.
What capacity does a face terminal have?
According to the manufacturer's data sheets, the DS-K1T642MFW stores 6,000 faces and the DS-K1T343MFWX 1,500; the number of terminals is set by your entrances.
