Multi-site

Multi-site time and attendance: one platform for all your locations

As soon as a company has two sites, the real question becomes: where does the data land? With EASY-STAFF, every site feeds the same database, and every manager sees their own.

One database

Every site feeds the same database

Animation: the time clocks of three sites feed the same online EASY-STAFF database, used by managers, employees and payroll.
The same rules everywhere, the data in one place, a consolidated view for management.

Organisation

How the platform organises your sites

Home site and visible sites

Each employee has a main site; each manager, the list of sites they can see. This scope applies to every screen and report.

Time spent on each site

The site report calculates each employee's time on each site, even when they move during the day.

Time clock status

The dashboard flags time clocks out of service on your sites, and the list shows each one's last punch date.

The morning report

The previous day's attendance report goes to each site's managers.

Hours per site

A plant and a head office do not share the same hours: each keeps its own.

Roll-out

Start with a pilot site

We recommend starting with a pilot site. It reveals the special cases the analysis had not foreseen, and the set-up is adjusted before equipping the other locations.

  • Decide what is common to all sites and what is not
  • Settle who sees what before roll-out, not after
  • Equip the next sites with a set-up already proven

No server to install on your sites: the platform is online, only the terminals are mounted there.

Frequently asked questions

How many sites can be managed?

Punches from several locations land in the same platform. Tell us the number of sites and the headcount of each so we can validate the right set-up.

Does a site manager see the other sites?

No, unless you decide so: each manager has the list of sites they can see, and every screen is limited to it.

Do we need a server on each site?

No. The platform is online; only the terminals are installed on site. How they are connected is reviewed with you during the technical survey.

Can an employee work on several sites?

Yes. They keep a single record, and the site report splits their time between the sites where they clocked in.
