Time and attendance software for garment workshops

Cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing: a garment workshop often gathers hundreds of people on the same hours. EASY-STAFF measures everyone's punctuality, counts the hours behind rush orders and breaks the totals down by workshop for payroll.

Your constraints

What time tracking must handle in a workshop

In garment making, delivery dates set the hours: the organisation changes fast, and time tracking has to keep up.

Everyone at the same time

The morning start sends the whole workforce through the terminal in a few minutes.

Day-to-day punctuality

A few minutes late every day weighs heavily across an entire workshop.

Production peaks

An order due fast makes the days longer, and those hours must be counted at the right rate.

With EASY-STAFF

What EASY-STAFF brings to your workshop

  • Each employee's total lateness for the month, without a spreadsheet
  • The morning attendance report, emailed to managers
  • Hours beyond schedule spotted day by day and classified by premium rate
  • A report by department: cutting, assembly, finishing, each with its totals
  • Exit passes for absences of a few hours, requested and approved
  • Payslips posted online, which each employee finds in their self-service space

Terminals for large workforces

At the morning start, terminal capacity and speed matter: face recognition avoids a queue in front of the device.

Frequently asked questions

Can lateness be followed workshop by workshop?

Yes: reports filter by department, and the report by department totals each workshop with the detail per employee.

How are rush-order hours counted?

Every hour beyond the shift is classified at its rate (25, 50 or 100 %), following the Labour Code and your own rules, then carried into payroll preparation.

Can employees check their own hours?

Yes, in their self-service space, on a phone or a computer: punches, the month's summary and payslips.

Can we see the software before deciding?

Yes: we run a demo on your own hours, sites and special cases. Request it here.
