EASY-STAFF, a brand of EASY-POINTAGES

Behind EASY-STAFF is the EASY-POINTAGES team: it builds the time and attendance platform, installs the time clocks and supports companies in Morocco day to day.

Who we are

A software publisher and an installer, one team

EASY-POINTAGES designs and develops its own time management platform, and installs the time clocks that feed it. EASY-STAFF is the brand under which we present this software to companies looking for time and attendance software: same product, same team, same commitments.

Building the software and mounting the hardware means knowing both ends of the chain: the terminal at the workshop entrance and the statement sent to payroll at month-end.

Our parent company's website: pointages.ma. For retail stores, the same company offers point-of-sale software, EASY-POS (logicielcaisse.ma). All our addresses are on the official websites page.

How we work

Saying what the software does, and what it doesn't

  • EASY-STAFF prepares the foundation of payroll; it does not calculate salaries yet (a payroll module is in development)
  • Mobile clock-in works today from the phone's browser; an Android app is on the way
  • The GPS position is read at clock-in, never tracked during the day
  • The application's interface is in French
  • Time clock specifications are those of the manufacturers' datasheets

We prefer an honest demo on your real cases to a promise that would not hold.
