What is EASY-STAFF?
Online time and attendance software published by EASY-POINTAGES: it collects punches from your terminals and your teams' phones, then manages attendance, lateness, leave, shift plans and payroll preparation.
Which time clocks are compatible?
ZKTeco and Hikvision terminals. We check the compatibility of your existing models; if they are compatible, they are kept. See time clocks.
Do we need to install anything on our computers?
No. The platform is online: a browser is enough. Only the time clocks are installed on your sites.
Is the application available in English?
The application's interface is in French. Tell us about your teams' needs during the demo.
Can employees clock in from their phone?
Yes, from their space, opened in the phone's browser, with the GPS position attached when you require it. See mobile clock-in.
Is employees' location tracked?
No. It is read at the moment of clock-in only, to be attached to that punch.
Does the software calculate leave balances?
Yes, under the Moroccan Labour Code (1.5 days per month of service, increased with seniority up to 30 days). See leave management.
Does EASY-STAFF run payroll?
No: it prepares its foundation (normal hours, overtime by rate, leave, absences, lateness) for your payroll software or accounting firm. See payroll preparation.
Do you handle night shifts and rotations?
Yes: night shifts counted on the right day, rotations prepared week by week or imported from Excel. See shift planning.
Can several sites be managed?
Yes, in the same platform, with each manager limited to their sites. See multi-site time and attendance.
Who sees what in the application?
Every user only sees their own scope: their own data for an employee, their sites or team for a manager.
Is our data protected?
Access is personal, limited by role and by site, and can be strengthened with two-factor authentication. Processing employees' data falls under Moroccan Law No. 09-08.
How long does the roll-out take?
It depends on the number of sites and employees. We give you an estimate after the needs analysis. See installation and support.
How much does EASY-STAFF cost?
The price depends on headcount, number of sites and the time clocks to install. We send a quote after a first conversation.
